ORDERING YOUR KIT

Complete your order online and your kit will be shipped to you the next business day starting you on your journey to a healthier smile.

Step 2

TAKING YOUR IMPRESSIONS

After you receive our kit, read the instructions and watch the video before following the process for taking your impressions.

Step 3

RETURN YOUR IMPRESSION IN THE MAIL

Fill out the Order Form on the back of the brochure in your kit to ensure that we are making the correct Guard for you. Place your impression in the prepaid bubbler in your kit and drop it in a USPS receptacle. It is already addressed to come right to our lab!

STEP 4

WE START WORKING ON YOUR GUARD

Once we have your impression in our lab we will work quickly to get you on your journey to a healthy smile ! Under normal circumstances, your Guard will be shipped to you in 3-4 days
