Designs In Ortho is an online Orthodontic Dental Laboratory and we have been making quality appliances for 22 years. In addition to our prescription ordered orthodontic appliances, we now offer Athletic Mouth Guards, Bite Guards and Whitening Guards without a prescription and no visits to the dental office! DIO is recognized by the National Association of Dental Laboratories as a Certified Dental Laboratory and all of our laboratory technicians are Certified Dental
Technicians (CDT’s).
We make it easy for you with our impression kit that allows you to take your impression right from home. All you have to do is order the Guard you need right from this site and your kit will be on it’s way using these easy steps!
ONE….We send out your impression kit with written instructions included. You can also click on the impression video placed on our website allowing you to take a detailed impression that will produce a well fitting, custom Guard.
TWO….Take 15 minutes to read the instructions, watch the video and make your own great impression then follow the instructions enclosed in your kit. Send us a text or email if you need suggestions or help confirming the quality of your impression.
THREE….Package your impression according to our instructions then drop our envelope in your nearest USPS mailbox.
FOUR….Soon after we receive your impression, your Guard will be on it’s way to provide relief, whitening or protection for your teeth.
You may also find any accessories you may need to purchase such as whitening gel, cleaning solution, cases and more on our supply page.
